The small T-190 Toyo Toolbox has a flat lid, so a second box sits neatly on top of the first. Tuck pens, makeup, tea, cables, camera cards, even Analog Cards inside and the hinged lid snaps shut to hold everything in place. Because each box is cut and stamped from a single piece of steel, you won't find sharp edges or seams along the rim.
Toyo Steel Company Ltd. started out in 1969 in Osaka, Japan, doing metal stamping work before building their own line of toolboxes and storage pieces. Their method of stamping and folding steel rather than cutting and seaming is what keeps the structure sturdy yet light, with no sharp corners to catch a finger.
