Small things need a home. This blue T-190 Toyo Toolbox takes pens, makeup, tea, cables, camera cards, and even Analog Cards, and its flat lid lets another box stack neatly above.
Close the hinged lid and it snaps into place, holding everything inside. Each box comes from a single piece of steel, cut and stamped rather than assembled from panels, so there are no sharp edges or seams to catch a finger.
Toyo Steel Company Ltd. set up shop in Osaka, Japan in 1969 as a metal stamping service and later developed its own toolboxes and storage products. Stamping and folding steel, instead of cutting and seaming it, gives the box a sturdy build without much weight.
